The James & James team led us comfortably through the process from site selection and custom design to final walk-through.
We are especially pleased with the attention to detail and the quality of materials & finishes provided by James & James in our home. A simple example is the expert orientation of our home to maximize views from our decks and windows. This is our first custom home, and coming from a building background I can say there attention to detail was beyond what was expected. From appliances to door handles and faucets etc. The best of the best was used. In the building process, when change orders came in… they were done, without questions or delays.
